Seeds are started, not the earliest I have done. The earliest on record is 02-03 in 2018, though looks like I had some issues with the first batch that year.
Added a sensor to my coal room and it is cold in there. Started my heater, but just doesn't seem to get warm enough to start pepper or tomatoes. Currently it has risen to 55 degrees F, which is warmer than when I started it last night which was about 45 degrees F. I think I am going to give it a few days to warm up and if things go well I will put the plants back down here. Currently I have the plants up stairs in my porch, which is warmer though not ideal at about 67 degrees F. I do have a heat pad under them right now which should increase their temperature, we shall see if they sprout or not in the next couple weeks.
The current plan is to start them upstairs and move them down when they get ready for the larger pots. Hopefully by then the room will be warm enough for them.
