The garage is to the point where it is at least usable for the winter. It is by no means finished, but is to a point where it is at least usuable. Today the electricians and the overhead door people showed up and got things installed. There are a few things that still need to happen. On the inside, there is some trim that needs to be installed, the insulation needs to be installed on the garage door and just some final touchs. On the outside there is a "lean to" canopy like thing that still needs to be built. Some dirt needs to be flattened out and pushed a bit up to the garage on a couple sides. Once that is done I can work on the gardens around the side and back of the garage.
The pond is another thing that needs some major work. Since it is in bit of a shambles, I am going to try leveling it out and possibly make it a little deeper. There is a nice outdoor outlet that will come in handy when that project is complete. Some how I don't think I am going to get the gardens done this year, at least the vegetable one anyways. Oh well, one more year won't hurt and I can always put them in the larger one for now. Still trying to figure out what I want to do with that anyways.
Well until this spring we will see what happens. If you wish to see what is done so far check out the pages here.
